Many years ago we started a project based on SAP Business One, collaborating with KPMG. Over the time our needs are changed side by side with corporate increase. From the collaboration with Agile Team, focalised partner on SAP, was born a new path of technological evolution. The project established the use of LPOne, dedicated solution for Lean Production. Its functions include among all the management of production cicles and product variations, the Material Requirement Planning and the management of technical commission data.
The evolution path is demanding. We try to do things in a structured way, looking forward and making important steps that allow us to support the increase that we have in mind. And this has paid up to now.»
